Laboratories do not all need the same level of cover. A QC bench running release testing daily has different exposure to downtime than a development lab using an instrument twice a month. ASW Service Coverage lets you set the coverage level per instrument rather than buying a single tier across the whole fleet.

Choosing a level

PM Standard — annual preventive maintenance labour and hardware phone support, with parts and repair billed as used
PM Premium — adds PM parts, so a scheduled visit rarely turns into a second trip
PM & Repair — bundles on-demand repair labour for one predictable annual cost

Coverage can differ instrument by instrument under a single agreement. A critical release-testing HPLC can sit on full cover while a low-use system stays on PM only.

What a contract actually buys. A defined response window, priority scheduling ahead of non-contract calls, a fixed annual figure your budget can carry, and an engineer who already knows your fleet, your SOPs and your qualification history.

Multi-instrument and multi-year

Fleet-wide and multi-year agreements are quoted on request. Consolidating a mixed Agilent, Waters and Shimadzu estate under one provider removes the overhead of coordinating several OEM contracts and reduces the number of separate site visits your team has to host.
