PM & Repair Standard is full coverage. It includes everything in PM Premium and adds the engineer's labour for corrective repair visits, so unplanned failures do not generate unplanned invoices.
This is the tier chosen by laboratories where instrument downtime blocks batch release. The annual figure is higher than the other tiers, but it is a single number your budget can carry with no variable repair spend sitting behind it.
What's included
Service performed by a qualified service engineer
Both scheduled and corrective visits are carried out by an engineer experienced on your platform, with the same person maintaining continuity across your fleet.
Hardware phone support
Telephone diagnosis for hardware faults, used first on every call so that an engineer arrives already knowing the likely fault and carrying the right parts.
Annual PM service labour included
One scheduled preventive maintenance visit per instrument per year, calendared around your testing schedule.
PM parts included
All wear parts consumed during preventive maintenance are covered, including manufacturer PM kits for Agilent, Waters and Shimadzu platforms.
On-demand repair labour included
Engineer time for corrective repair visits is included for the duration of the agreement. When an instrument fails, the call is made without a cost conversation first — and contract clients are scheduled ahead of non-contract work.
