This policy explains what information ASW Analytical Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who we are
ASW Analytical Solutions is the controller of information collected through this website. Contact: aswanalyticalsolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect information in one place only: the service request form. Nothing is collected in the background — this site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and sets no cookies.

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry. The form asks for your name, company, and a work email so we can reply; phone is optional. We do not ask for anything else.
You choose what to put in the free-text field. Please do not include confidential product data, patient information, or anything commercially sensitive in an initial enquiry.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet in an account controlled by ASW Analytical Solutions, and a copy is emailed to us. Google processes and stores this data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your enquiry from our records
Email aswanalyticalsolutions@gmail.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used, and no consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things happen in the background that are not cookies, for transparency:
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address to serve them. Google states it does not use this to profile you.
- When you submit the form, your browser sends the form contents to a Google Apps Script we control.
If we ever add analytics or any other cookie-setting service, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism added before it goes live.
Your consent
The request form includes a checkbox confirming you are happy for us to store your details and contact you about your enquiry. We record that consent alongside your submission. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry.
Third parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. Neither is used by us to identify or track you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use judgement about what you send us in an unsolicited message.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
