Descriptions of services, coverage tiers, and parts on this site are for information. They are not a contractual offer and do not form part of any agreement between us. Scope, pricing, response times, and deliverables are defined in your signed agreement or accepted quotation — if this website and that document ever disagree, the signed document governs.
Service plans
The coverage tiers described here summarise what each plan typically includes. Actual inclusions, exclusions, response windows, and pricing are confirmed per instrument and per site in a written quotation.
Parts
Part numbers shown are representative of components we can source, not a live inventory listing. Availability, lead time, and price are confirmed at the time of order. We source genuine manufacturer components where the platform and supply chain allow.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Nothing is sold or paid for through this website. It contains no checkout, takes no card details, and creates no financial obligation. Submitting the request form is an enquiry, not an order.
Services are provided under a signed service agreement or accepted quotation. Payment terms, cancellation rights, notice periods, and any refund or credit for unused coverage are set out in that document and are specific to each engagement. Where we and a client disagree, the signed agreement governs, not this page.
We do not sell to consumers. Our clients are businesses and laboratories, and consumer-protection refund rules for online purchases do not apply to our services.
Manufacturer names
Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, and other manufacturer and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners, used on this site solely to identify the equipment we service. ASW Analytical Solutions is an independent service provider. We are not an authorised representative of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of these manufacturers.
Regulatory context
We perform qualification and calibration work aligned to your standard operating procedures and to published standards such as USP <1058>. Responsibility for your laboratory's regulatory compliance, and for reviewing and approving the documentation we deliver, remains with you.
Accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and it may change without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASW Analytical Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Liability arising from services we perform is governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement.
